As the Development Partner to SWRDA at Urban Splash, we led all managerial aspects of the masterplan design and delivery for the entire estate. Our team completed Clarence & Brewhouse together with Mills Bakery. The entire mixed-use scheme comprises of 500,000 sq.ft of residential, retail, leisure and office space in around 21 Grade 1 and 2 Listed buildings.
