A housing development by Bristol United Communities and their private sector development partners. We were asked to advise on the structure of the partnership and the approach to funding and delivering the project.

Whilst a limited role we were delighted to have helped United Communities secure the right approach to the project and now pleased to see that planning consent has now been granted and the scheme is progressing.
