Mark Jones

Commercial Director

With over 30 years of experience in property development and construction, Mark leads on all financial and commercial matters and provides the financial assessments of the StudioHIVE development projects, working closely with Jason to drive the company in meeting its aspirations.

Mark also takes responsibility for the delivery of the StudioHIVE portfolio, working in partnership with Peter Jones to deliver projects proficiently.

Personal Achievements.

Mark has led as a commercial director on some complex projects, such as the Royal William Yard in Plymouth, gaining planning and listed building consent for a collection of Grade I listed buildings.

He currently leads on The Timber Yard development on Silverthorne Lane and manages the relationships with multiple stakeholders across the project.

Mark sees himself as the office DJ and he has a song for every occasion. He is passionate about cars and enjoys completing his local Parkrun on a Saturday morning.

His meal deal of choice is a no duck, duck wrap, salt and vinegar snack a jacks and a yoghurt.
