Studio HIVE Win Developer of the Year at Insider South West Property Awards 2025

The team at StudioHIVE is delighted to have been named Developer of the Year at the Insider South West Property Awards 2025.

We received the accolade at a black tie awards ceremony to celebrate the outstanding achievements of the people, businesses and organisations which have designed, developed, funded, built and managed the South West’s built environment.

The event was held at the Bristol Marriott Hotel and compered by TV presenter Dominic Littlewood.

The awards judges noted that StudioHIVE is “working on a number of complex and prestigious projects but were particularly impressed by its community-focused refurbishment to create a new mixed-use space in Wraxall.”

Our managing director Jason Collard said: “Being named Developer of the Year among such a strong shortlist of peers and competitors is a huge achievement and is testament to the hard work and talent of the StudioHIVE team.

“It was gratifying that the judges highlighted the work we’re doing to provide a new lease of life for the former Battleaxes pub, which has become our new Temperance House home. However this award also recognises our leading role on two of the South West’s other flagship developments – Bristol’s biggest brownfield regeneration project at Silverthorne Lane and the new health hub being developed in Weston-super-Mare.”
