Register Interest Now For Exciting New Student Accommodation Coming Soon

Timber Yard, an exciting new student living scheme currently under construction in the heart of Bristol, has officially launched a new holding page so that prospective students can register their interest ahead of the 2026 academic year.

Located in the highly-anticipated Temple Quarter Enterprise Zone and a stone’s throw from the city centre, Timber Yard is offering premium ensuite studios and cluster rooms in architect-designed buildings equipped with fantastic sporting facilities, gyms, a cinema room and rooftop garden.

While construction is still underway, the new holding page gives students and their families an overview of this exciting development and an opportunity to be among the first to know when bookings open.

Timber Yard is being delivered by StudioHIVE in partnership with Far East Orchard, Woh Hup, and Atlas Land who acquired the site in June 2022 as part of the wider Silverthorne Lane masterplan. The website and brand identity have been designed by Kubiak.

A full website launch is planned for August 2025.
