The entire mixed-use scheme comprises a total of 500,000 sq.ft of residential, retail, leisure and office space in around 21 Grade 1 and 2 Listed buildings.
It is nearing completion and is now a destination of choice for the locals and tourists alike. There is mix of bustling restaurants, bars and shops, water sports together with the historic marina, central to an active quayside and lively artistic community.
