Major scheme for heart of Bristol unveiled by developers

Property developer and architect StudioHIVE has put together plans for a major new development in the centre of Bristol.

The developer is creating new offices, homes and student accommodation at the major urban regeneration project located at Silverthorne Lane, near Temple Meads station.

The 12-acre mixed-use site sits in the heart of the city’s Temple Quarter Enterprise Zone (TQEZ) and will feature:

Oasis Academy Temple Quarter – a new 1,600 place comprehensive secondary school and sixth form

New academic and office space for the University of Bristol
New cycle and pedestrian routes within landscaped areas and public open space, including a new canalside walk

Within the scheme Bristol-based StudioHIVE is delivering 430 new build to rent homes plus workspace in The Iron Works, in partnership with Woh Hup and Atlas Land.
