James leads on our major projects and works to ensure they are high value, not just financially but socially and environmentally. He also leads on Studio HIVE in its focus on creating sustainable developments.
Personal Achievements:
James has most recently completed the first phase of Lakeshore in Bristol at the award winning Regeneration Company, Urban Splash. James assisted the development and creation of 422 homes and the project became Bristol’s most sustainable property development. James and the team went to great lengths to retain the existing structure and modernise it.
James leads the Regeneration programme of the Princess Royal barracks Project, in Surrey, working with Jason on creating a new vibrant 21st century heathland Village.
James will be embarking upon a cycle from Bristol to Paris during the summer of 2015.
